Last updated: August 2026

By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Website Usage

This website is provided for informational purposes about Pixcell Technologies's services. You may not use this website for unlawful purposes or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website.

2. Services

Pixcell Technologies provides digital agency services including but not limited to web development, UI/UX design, AI automation, SEO, social media management, and maintenance. Specific deliverables, timelines, and terms for each engagement are defined in individual project agreements.

3. Project Scope & Changes

The scope of each project is defined in a written proposal or statement of work. Changes to scope must be agreed upon in writing. Additional scope may result in revised timelines and fees.

4. Payments

Payment terms are defined per project agreement. We typically require a deposit before work begins. Delayed or non-payment may result in paused work. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for their project. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio (with client permission). Third-party tools, libraries, and licenses remain under their respective terms.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, required assets and content, and any necessary approvals. Delays caused by client inaction are not the responsibility of Pixcell Technologies.

7. Third-Party Services

We may recommend or integrate third-party services (hosting, email, analytics, AI APIs). These are subject to their own terms and we are not liable for third-party service failures or changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pixcell Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our services or website.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain due and payable.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. [Specific jurisdiction to be confirmed — update this field with your registered business location before publishing.] Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before legal proceedings.
